Terms & Conditions

These placeholder terms describe how Bavaria by Bike takes bookings, handles deposits, and manages cancellations. The operator will replace them with binding legal terms before accepting real payments.

Booking & confirmation

Requests are non-binding until we confirm availability in writing (usually within 24 hours). A 30% deposit secures the dates; the balance is due 30 days before departure.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations more than 60 days before departure: deposit refunded minus admin fee. 60 to 30 days: 50% refund. Under 30 days: no refund. We recommend travel insurance covering trip interruption.

Weather & force majeure

Trips run in most weather. In case of severe storms or route closures we adjust the itinerary; there is no refund for weather that still allows safe riding.

Liability

Riders participate at their own risk. Helmets are mandatory. We are not liable for personal injury or loss beyond the limits of statutory liability.
